Please read these conditions of use carefully and contact us if you do not understand something. Purchasing products and services from Mr. Doodle & Co. means that you agree to these terms:
Mr. Doodle & Co. retains the copyright to all graphics and HTML. Purchasing a site or graphics does not give you rights to the them, but the rights to use them for their intended purposes.
Any template, graphics, logos, buttons and/or backgrounds which are created by Mr. Doodle & Co. may not be modified in any way without permission. All graphic images must also be used and displayed as they were delivered to you unless prior approval is granted.
Customer may not sell, share or distribute graphics or HTML in any way, commercial or non-commercial. They are for your use only unless prior approval is granted.
Customer may not alter graphics or HTML code in any way, unless pre-approved by Mr. Doodle & Co. first.
The purchase of a Mr. Doodle & Co. design includes free installation of a template and graphics to one of the Mr. Doodle & Co. web hosting providers. If the customer chooses not to use an approved hosting provider then the customer is responsible for the installation of template and graphics.
The purchase of a Mr. Doodle & Co. design does not include the addition of categories, products, photos or text. Mr. Doodle & Co. may be hired for website maintenance that will incur an hourly fee unless otherwise arranged.
Credit and link to Mr. Doodle & Co. contained in HTML footer must stay intact and may not be altered or removed. Removal will result in a forfeiture of the HTML code and graphics.
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds. We always work with every customer to insure that they are happy and satisfied with their purchase. Mr. Doodle & Co. requires a 50% deposit before starting work. The remainder of the balance will be paid by the customer upon acceptance of the final product.
Price quotes are valid for 30 days. If your quote is older than 30 days please contact us so we can determine if the quote is still valid.
Mr. Doodle & Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, based on our own judgment.
Failure to follow terms is a breech of contract and may result in revocation of license and product usage.
