Welcome to Mr. Doodle & Co. If you've clicked on this page, then you've come to read a little bit about me. So... here goes.

A little about my family:

My name is Brian Abston. You may recognize my name... I'm married to Holly Abston of Holly Doodle Designs. Funny thing, when we got married, she took my name. Then when I started my business, I took hers! No, Doodle isn't her maiden name, it's just a funny name we came up with years ago when she did a lot of children's paintings and it was kinda catchy and silly and fun for that type of work. Well, years later the name has stuck, so that's it, we're the Doodles... LOL. (I hear that the word "doodle" means a completely different thing in Australia. Hmmm). Holly and I met the summer after high school graduation and have sort of grown up together. We've been married 12 years and have two wonderful sons, who are the reasons we do everything we do.

I have a bachelors of Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. I've worked in IT since 1994. I have been doing programming and web development since the late 90's. I started this business because Holly received a lot of inquiries after I built her website, so here I am.

All artwork on this site was designed by Heather Bluhm, of Bluhm Studios. Heather is a talented designer and the sole art designer for Mr. Doodle & Co (she would be the "Co."). I'll do all the dirty work... the behind the scenes stuff, code, applications, and lots of other techy stuff, but Heather will make it pretty. We're blessed to have her.
