Mr. Doodle & Co. currently uses Pappashop web hosting for all of our hosting needs. Pappashop offers an easy to use Website Manager and excellent customer support.
Do I need to know HTML to purchase a web site from you? TOP
No. Pappashop is very user-friendly web host and does not require any HTML knowledge. This is one of the reasons why we chose them and recommend them to our customers.
Do I need a Paypal account to purchase your designs? TOP
No, you do not. You can use your credit card to pay securely through Paypal, and you are not required to have an account with them.
Does your template price include design installation? TOP
Yes. Our template price includes free installation of your design template, stylesheet, and all associated graphics as long as you are using one of our web hosting providers.
What forms of Payment do you accept? TOP
At this time we only accept payments made through Paypal. We support the following types of payments through Paypal.

Do you add my categories, products and content? TOP
No. Your template purchase does not include the addition of categories, products, photos and informational text. This task will be your responsibility. The web hosting companies we work with provide an excellent set of tutorials and friendly customer support to assist you with this process. However, if you do not wish to add your own content, we will be more than happy to provide this service to our customers for a fee of $40 per hour. How long before I can expect my order? TOP
All premade items with only name customization will take approximately 1 week to be installed. If you are purchasing a custom made template, those generally will take about 4 weeks to complete. Installations can't be scheduled until we receive your web hosting logins email and any other deliverables that are requested from you.
What all do I need to start selling online? TOP
Starting an online business can be overwhelming. To help you out we have outlined the things you need to get started. Either click here or on the left menu bar titled "What's Needed To Start".
I already have a logo. Can I use it with you designs? TOP
We would be happy to add your logo to one of our designs at no extra charge. However, the logo must be in the proper format. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you would like to use your own logo.
Do I get support when I purchase a template? TOP
Yes. You will get 90 days email support when you purchase a web site template. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you have about getting your store up and running. The 90 day support starts after we have installed your template and notified you that it is ready to start adding products.
What graphics are included with my web site? TOP
Graphics included with your web package will include a background, banner, top navigation bar with up to 5 buttons, and up to 5 title headers for the side bar.
